Bring Your Player Two! It's Valentine's Weekend

Back in the day the arcade was a great place to meet new friends and maybe even that special someone.

We remember it well. The stolen glances through the thick haze of cigarette smoke. The over-celebration when you whipped your mate at Street Fighter II for the thousandth time. The leaving that two player joystick free on Bubble Bobble, hoping she might join in, hoping you look cool in your Bon Jovi New Jersey t-shirt, black jeans so tight your blood-flow stopped at your waist and white Hi-Tec moon boots!

And yes it might be a stolen glance through a thick haze of bubblegum flavoured vape smoke these days but the more things change, the more they stay the same. People are moving away from the dating apps, getting out there and doing new things again and it's great to see.

Maybe you'll relive your youth a bit with a date night down at the arcade this weekend? Or maybe you'll embrace that 80s vibe and strut down there hoping you might meet the person of your dreams like we did back in the day?
