The Retro Room Venue Policies

We strive to make the Retro Room a safe, calm and enjoyable experience for all of our customers. We appreciate your assistance in helping us to achieve this.

Our Policies Are As Follows

We operate CCTV on our premises for the purposes of crime prevention.

Note that all children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and that parents or guardians will be held financially and legally responsible for any damage caused to equipment.

We operate a zero tolerance policy on aggression or violence towards our staff, other patrons or our equipment. No warnings will be given to anyone who displays aggression or violent tendencies in our venue. Cityside security will be informed and those responsible will be removed from the venue. Where appropriate criminal prosecution may follow.

No observers! We're trying to make the Retro Room affordable for all and as we have a limited capacity anyone entering the venue will need to buy a ticket. We want to keep our prices low, we can't do that in we allow people in the venue for free.

While we strive to make our venue friendly for all it is loud and colourful. Most of our games were designed in the 80s and 90s it’s simply not possible to change them in any way. Please consider this in particular when you are bringing children to our venue.
